Email support@dotself.app and a person will reply. Include your device and iOS version if you are reporting a bug.

Common requests

  • Delete my account and data. Email us from your account address and we will remove your account and its entries.
  • HealthKit isn't importing. Check that dotself has permission in the iOS Health app under Sharing, then reopen the app.
  • An entry was parsed wrong. Tap it to edit; every parsed entry is yours to correct before it lands.
